Who's That Girl? (It's Jess!)

My Malazan reread has reached the part where a couple of pretty badass guys adopt a couple of kittens (as you do) and I've also cried for the second time, so everything goes very well, except that I only have three more books to go before it's over, and I'm not quite ready to think of other books yet?
(I mean, I do have a pile of books To Be Read and a library wishlist. So.)
I picked up the first season of New Girl on a whim at the library earlier this week. ('Young woman moves in with three guys after a bad breakup: shenanigans and heart-warming scenes of friendship ensue.') I felt in the mood for something fun, frothy and low stakes and thus far, the show is indeed fun, frothy and low stakes.
Not sure if I want to pick up the second season yet: it being a low stakes sitcom also means I don't feel any great urge to find out what happens next.
