Ack. I kept going back and forth between 'maybe she didn't get the comment notification/maybe's she's busy' and 'maybe she just didn't like them/maybe you made a canonical error' with a side-helping of 'maybe if I leave these ungifted and uncollected for one more day, AO3 will canonize the fandom', so yesterday, I decided I needed to chill out and go for a wrap.

Thanks for causing me to pick up another book by this author! (You introduced me to Machine City Knights, too.)

Okay, I might've left them the first couple days because of this, but basically my job went from 'help we literally can't do any more layoffs without just closing' at the beginning of May to 'major customer who needs a billion things made no days off til they're all made' with less than a week's notice and while I basically kept up with my own stuff to a degree, replying to people got exceptionally spotty. ^^;; (But we caught up and they gave us even more work but we are at least getting every other weekend off this month.)

And then the anxiety of not having replied right away, etc. etc. *facepalms at self*
